Tasting Notes
The hue is a stunning iridescent ruby. cherry, red currant, and nutmeg with a hint of
marjoram velvety leather, and burnt soil meet you on the nose. On the palate, flavors
of red plum, pancetta, tobacco leaf and cherry with a strong minerality. Best coupled
with coffee-crusted skirt steak or smoked meats.
